Who is MorMedia Group? We are an online marketing and advertising agency that provides digital advertising and marketing services for our clients. We’ve been in business on the internet since 1997 and helped hundreds of clients since then.

Why are you charging us? This charge is for costs associated with services you have signed up for directly through the company. These costs have been previously disclosed to you prior to requesting payment from you. We have your authorization from an online form, paper form or spoken agreement before we charged your credit card.

Doesn’t ring a bell? If this doesn’t sound right to you, it’s possible your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We’ve found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at a company signing up for the service.

Can we get a refund? Each of our services has a unique refund policy. You can always email support (at) mormediadigital.com to inquire about the refund policy for the service you purchased.
